KUALA TERENGGANU: Residents of Kuala Terengganu and nearby Kuala Nerus could see a changed landscape to the two districts in 18 years as the city council embarks on local development plans for the areas.

However, understanding that the plans may not be everyone’s cup of tea, the Kuala Terengganu City Council will be spending the next four weeks gathering public feedback through a public participation and publicity programme.
