POOR maintenance of the lifts, faulty old rooftop storage tanks, depleted sinking funds, security problems and many others.

These are the problems faced by residents who are staying in high-rise buildings in Bandar Baru Ayer Itam and Paya Terubong managed by the Bandar Baru Ayer Itam Management Sdn Bhd (BBAIM).
