JOHOR BARU: The state government will send a team of volunteers to assist in the rescue mission in Palu, Indonesia, that was recently hit by a destructive earthquake and tsunami.
State Health, Environment and Agriculture Committee chairman Dr Sahruddin Jamal, who is leading the volunteers, said he hoped that the team would be sent to the country by next week after getting approval from the authorities there.
