CLOGGED and stagnant drains in Pandan Perdana have raised the ire of residents who say they have seen plastic bottles, polystyrene, paper, oil and even animal carcasses in the drains.

A resident who only wanted to be known as Lee said he wanted to have breakfast with his friends at one of the restaurants in the area but decided otherwise as he was worried about its cleanliness.
