KOTA KINABALU: There is a new community centre in Luyang, that will provide a comfortable space for the public to relax, meet new people and the same time exchange ideas or lodge complaints to their assemblyman.

A brainchild of Luyang assemblyman Ginger Phoon, the hall will be open every Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm) and Saturday (7am to 10am).
