MIRI: The Federal Education Minister needs to rectify the historical inaccuracies in school history textbooks pertaining to Sarawak and Sabah in line with the amendments proposed by de facto law minister Datuk Liew Vui Keong urged Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) Secretary General Datuk Sebastian Ting.

Ting said that SUPP welcomes the announcement by the de facto law minister that the Federal Government is looking seriously into restoring Sarawak as a partner to Malaya and Sabah in the Federation and is hoping to table the proposed amendment Bill in the coming parliament sitting starting on October 15.
