JOHOR BARU: Johor is taking on the challenge to correct the tendency of youths today, especially students, to use Bahasa Malaysia short-forms in their writing.
State Youth, Sports and Culture Committee chairman Mohd Khuzzan Abu Bakar said short-forms were often used in the social media, especially through the Short Messaging System (SMS) and WhatsApp.
