SIXTY students from two secondary schools took part in a pilot project to learn how to provide first aid in water, especially during emergencies or natural disasters.

Thirty students from SMK Kampong Selamat, Tasek Gelugor, and the rest from SMK Dato Kailan, Kepala Batas near Butterworth attended the nine-hour First Aid Water Exercise at the north Seberang Prai Malaysian Civil Defence premises in Butterworth.
