FOR former estate labourer R. Nallamah, it was extreme excitement when Pakatan Harapan’s candidate for the Port Dickson by-election Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim accepted her invitation for breakfast at her home in Bandar Springhill.

The 72-year-old, who is popular among the locals for her delicious thosai, idli and vadai, was already up as early as 4am to prepare an array of dishes for Anwar.
