Residents are concerned about the negative effects of the ongoing development at the top of the slope in the adjacent Taman Fern Grove.

HAVING installed a new committee since July, the Taman Cuepacs Phase One Residents Association hopes to work closely with its newly elected assemblyman in solving long-standing neighbourhood issues.

Its president G. Ramesh and secretary Anthony Johnson said the neighbourhood’s overseeing committee had been around since the 1980s.
