FOR as long as I can remember, I was always suffering from pain and tension around my shoulders. But all of that changed ever since my pharmacist introduced me to her preferred method of dealing with the problem.

It began when I started my new job in a big corporate company. I often found my neck and shoulders to be quite stiff after spending hours looking down at my phone. I also caught myself hunched over my laptop in the office quite a few times. By the end of the day I would feel really tired and found it hard to relax. Even in the morning, I would have difficulties stretching due to the tenseness.
