New club raring to help the needy

TWO months after its launch, the newly formed Lions Club of Bukit Mertajam Horizon has swung into action with four charity projects.

One of the recent projects offered free haircut, eye screening and a lunch at Rumah Sejahtera Permatang Tinggi near Bukit Mertajam.
