Delayed project creates a mess

BUSINESS owners along Jalan Bangsar are unhappy over the delay in completing a flood mitigation project near the Bangsar LRT station.

They claim that the stalled Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) project is affecting business and the construction site also poses safety concerns.
