MIRI: Both Sabah and Sarawak are banking on local fruits to bring in revenue.

“Bruneians and visitors from peninsula Malaysia are drawn to the unique tarap (a fruit found in Sabah and Sarawak which is similar to jackfruit) as well as Sarawakian pineapples,” said Sarawak Tourism Assistant Minister Datuk Lee Kim Shin after presenting RM5,000 to the Saberkas night market hawkers association.
