SEMPORNA: The state government is in the midst of finalising the appointments of grassroots leaders including village heads, native chiefs and Village Security and Development Committee (JKKK) members.
Sabah Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Dr Jaujan Sambakong said the process was time-consuming because it required assessing several elements such as age limit, qualifications and the experience of the candidates.
