CHERAS MP Tan Kok Wai and Alfa Welfare Association Kuala Lumpur (PKAKL) jointly distributed mooncakes to more than 100 senior citizens and homeless people at PKAKL Centre in Jalan Pasar, Kuala Lumpur.

Tan, who is also the association adviser, said, “Mooncakes are expensive now and the poor cannot afford to buy them. So we are distributing these treats for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The main aim is to let them experience the joy of the festival.”
