HEAVY rain fell during the closing ceremony of the Asia Pacific Masters Games 2018 (APMG) and caused a last-minute change in venue from the rooftop garden to the ballroom of the SPICE Convention Centre in Penang.
Still, the party spirit of the athletes was not dampened and the ceremony was nothing short of spectacular.
