MELAKA: The usual long journey from Bukit Katil to Ayer Keroh will be shortened once work to upgrade and pave an alternative route is completed, thanks to an initiative taken by a local developer.

Currently, motorists have to cross a number of traffic lights along the busy road to travel between Bukit Katil and Ayer Keroh.
