Marching together in unity


School children from 11 schools took part in a parade held in-conjunction with National and Malaysia Day.

HUNDREDS of schoolchildren proudly marched about 1km in Buntong in conjunction with National Day and Malaysia Day.

Dressed in colourful traditional outfits, children from 11 schools within the constituency were seen holding mini Jalur Gemilang and loudly shouting, “Merdeka, merdeka” while taking part in a parade that started from the Indian Recreational Club field.
