Over to the mains, satiate your taste buds with shake chahan (Japanese fried rice), yaki udon (stir-fried Japanese noodle), chicken teriyaki, tori karage (Japanese-style fried chicken), unagi kabayaki (grilled eel) and zaru soba (cold soba noodle).
For more delectable options, there are also action stalls dishing out bowls of appetising ramen, sizzling hot chicken/salmon teppanyaki, yaki gyoza (pan-fried dumplings), fried sakana (Japanese snacks) and miso shiru (miso soup).

Known for its innovative new-style Japanese cuisine, the pork-free Umi is open from 11am to 3pm and from 6pm to 10.30pm daily. Tatami rooms are available for patrons who wish to dine in private.
