‘Sandwashing operation in Cheras sanctioned by authorities’

THE operator of a 4ha land in Jalan Tasik Permaisuri 1, Cheras claims that he has all the necessary documents to conduct sandwashing on the site until 2020 while cleaning up an adjacent flood retention pond.

Hi-Percent Corporation director Syed Yazid Syed Omar said his company began working on the site since early this year after he was given the approval by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to clean up the Bandar Sri Permaisuri flood retention pond.
