Ministry: Direct complaints on SST to us

THE Penang Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry (KPDNKK) has received only 11 complaints since the Sales and Service Tax (SST) started on Sept 1.

Its director Mohd Ridzuan Ab Ghapar said the complaints were against eight nasi kandar restaurants for imposing SST and three fast food outlets for unreasonable price increases.
