WITH the idea of being inclusive, the Community Welfare Association of Pending Zone 2 Bandar Puteri Klang allows all residents, including those who are not paying for its gated-and-guarded (G&G) scheme, unobstructed access into the residential area.

It has introduced a special car sticker system for non-paying residents so they will not have to report to security every time they drive in and out of the area.
