Illegal rubbish-dumping is still being carried out at Kampung Bohol flood retention pond.
SRI Pertiwi Resources (SPR), a subsidiary of Jakel Development, has claimed that it was not aware that illegal sand-washing and rubbish-dumping were taking place on its land.
The ongoing activities have contributed to the sedimentary choking of the Kampung Bohol pond near Kampung Muhibbah, Kuala Lumpur.
