KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will issue summonses to motorists who double-park in Taman Usahawan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, starting from today.
Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng said double-parking was common in the commercial area although ample parking was available.
