PHAN Jing Mun had never worn a kebaya prior to the Kompleks Bukit Jambul (KBJ) Ratu Kebaya 2018 pageant in Penang, but flaunted the garment so well she ended up winning the crown.
The 22-year-old communications student exuded grace on the catwalk to edge out 14 other hopefuls in the contest’s grand final held at The Top@Komtar in George Town.
