THE 3rd TARCian Run 2018 of Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) in Tanjung Bungah, Penang, kicked off with 1,751 runners hitting the streets for the 7km event.

TAR UC Penang branch campus head associate professor Dr Toh Guat Guan said the event was part of the campus’ initiative to build rapport among alumni, graduates, students, staff members and the public.
