SEMPORNA: Education is the key to reforming people’s attitude towards waste disposal and tackling rubbish problems in Semporna, said Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

The six-term Semporna MP said the longstanding rubbish problem in the East Coast district was a cause for embarrassment and must be curbed by teaching people to properly dispose garbage.
