MELAKA: Only one Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) holder has been absorbed into the state’s civil service to date, the Melaka state assembly sitting was told.
State Education, Science and Technology, Green Technology and Innovation Committee chairman Noor Effandi Ahmad (Bersatu-Telok Mas) said the 50-year-old medical doctor was appointed as the chief executive officer of the Melaka Biotechnology Corporation effective August 1, 2018.
