ANIMAL welfare organisations and local councils should consider adopting the “Trap, Neuter, Release and Maintain” (TNRM) programme to reduce the stray animal population.
Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) president Ricky Soong said the programme was one of the methods that could minimise the number of stray animals, and it was now being jointly run with Ipoh City Council.
