PETTY traders whose stalls in Brickfields were seized by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) in a pre-dawn raid 11 months ago are overjoyed to be back in business.
A DBKL lorry arrived on Monday morning at the site next to the Kotumalai Pillayar Restaurant in Little India with officers in tow to help unload the stalls.
