CM: Additional funds needed due to corruption in Water Dept

THE Sabah Water Department cannot be restructured using an ordinary method because it is highly corrupted, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

He said this when defending the supplementary budget of over RM164mil for the department.
