THE Chinese embassy commemorated the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) with a gala celebration at St Regis hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Hosted by the military section of the Chinese embassy, guests were treated to a grand buffet dinner.
