PARKING rates at urban local councils might be lowered following the state government’s plan to use a standardised parking coupon throughout Perak next year.

State Housing, Local Government, Public Transport, Non-Islamic Affairs and New Villages Committee chairman Paul Yong Choo Kiong said there was a likelihood of this happening with the implementation of e-payment through a mobile app.
