THE Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) hopes that the Federal Government will cut off the role of intermediaries or rent-seekers in the process of hiring foreign workers.

During a recent courtesy call on Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow, PCCC president Datuk Seri Choot Ewe Seng urged the state government to raise the issue with the Federal Government.
