KOTA KINABALU: The state government, through the newly formed Sabah Education and Innovation Ministry, and the National Registration Department are working towards identifying Malaysian children who are undocumented.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said there are quite a number of cases where Malaysian children whose births were not registered cannot attend school.
