Blocked culvert causes flooding in Taman Kaya/Springfield yet again


The rain yesterday morning caused water to overflow drains in Taman Kaya.

RESIDENTS of Taman Kaya/Springfield were caught in another bout of flash floods yesterday morning no thanks to an unsolved drain issue that has dragged from 2013 until today.

The mysterious 30m drain beneath a private land in the housing estate in Kuala Lumpur has caused much headache for City Hall, landowners, developer and residents.
