Residents in Kepong foresee worsening traffic with upcoming high-rise apartments

The wide two-lane road of Jalan Prima 10 has narrowed due to indiscriminate parking, making it difficult for two vehicles to pass through.

RESIDENTS of high-rise units in Metro Prima, Kepong, are worried about worsening traffic congestion and scarcity of parking spots in their neighbourhood because of a new four-block apartment project taking place there.

Kepong Community Centre head Yee Poh Ping said the area that housed commercial and high-rise residential units was already choked with heavy traffic.
