MPSP rewarded for flood-control design

THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) emerged champions of the state-level Innovative and Creative (KIK) Group Convention for its creativity in inventing the flood control water level warning system (SPARK).

MPSP president Datuk Rozali Mohamud (pic) said the council was among seven teams that participated in the programme, which was an annual event organised by the Penang State Secretary’s office.
