LOW financial capacity of buyers, land scarcity and rising development costs are among the prime problems faced by affordable housing projects, Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) Institute said.
In its latest report, the organisation also revealed that supply was still an issue despite the Federal budget for affordable housing being RM2bil a year.
