MELAKA: The state government will take stern actions against those found to have violated the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967.
State Transport, Works and Public Amenities Committee chairman Mohd Sofi Abdul Wahab said the Melaka Occupational Safety and Health Department (DOSH) would be asked to conduct monitoring and inspection at all construction sites in the state from time to time.
