Illegally-stored cooking gas worth RM73,000 seized


Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry officials examine LPG cylinders found stored improperly in shed located in a oil palm plantation in Tronoh.

A 25-YEAR-OLD man admitted to illegally storing dozens of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders at his home and an area in an oil palm plantation in Tronoh.

The Perak arm of the Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNKK) confiscated 80 cylinders weighing 536kg from both locations at about 12.30pm last Wednesday.
