Volunteers picking up rubbish left behind by locals and holidaymakers, who give nary a care to maintenance of public spaces.
MIRI: Sarawak cities and towns in general are plagued by a poor maintenance culture, says state Minister for Local Government and Housing Datuk Prof Dr Sim Kui Hian.
He commented that city folk did not show adequate appreciation for the public facilities that the Government built for them.
