AFFORDABLE luxury living is what Resilion Residence in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor, has to offer its future homeowners.
With a gross development value of RM130mil, the development spans 1.65ha of freehold land and features both high-rise and landed residences.
The development comprises a 15-storey condominium tower, offering 172 units with built-up areas ranging from 1,148sq ft to 2,051sq ft, as well as 72 town villas with built-ups between 1,114sq ft and 1,362sq ft.
Lion Group property division general manager Eddie Wong said such a concept allowed buyers to go for their preferred property.

The condo units are priced from RM428 per sq ft while the town villas start at RM484,290.
For now, all the town villas and condominium’s East Wing are open for sale.
Some 50% of the properties were booked during the launch of the development earlier.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-2021.
“West Wing is expected to open for sale in August and we are targeting an 80% take-up rate by year end,” said Wong.
Future residents will get to enjoy shared facilities such as gymnasium, swimming pool, children’s playground, nursery room, barbecue corner, pool deck, garden park as well as a multipurpose hall.
The gated-and-guarded development will be equipped with 24-hour security features, including closed-circuit television cameras along with a property management mobile application to ease communication between the developer and residents.
“With its concept, pricing and location, Resilion Residence will especially appeal to young families and first-time buyers as well as those looking for an upgrade to a secure environment,” Wong added.
Other amenities in the area include education institutions such as Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman as well as primary and secondary schools, shopping centres Aeon Mahkota Cheras and Aeon Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, and Sungai Long Business Centre.
The development is connected to major highways, including Kajang Silk Highway, Kajang-Seremban Highway and the upcoming East Klang Valley Expressway.
The Cheras Batu 11 and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn MRT stations are located nearby.
