PROPERTY developer Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd celebrated Hari Raya with its valued purchasers and the public by hosting a Jom Raya di Putrajaya open house at Menara PJH.
Guests were treated to a sumptuous spread served by Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel while being entertained by a retro cabaret show and a live performance by Enfiniti Academy.
Adding to the merriment was a line-up of fun activities for family and friends, including a Raya art card and calligraphy demonstration, a Snap, Tag and Win creative selfie/wefie contest and a tour of the sales gallery.
Further enlivening the event was Malaysian songbird Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, who treated fans to some of her popular hits.
Also present was her husband Datuk Seri Khalid Mohamad Jiwa.
Siti Nurhaliza and Khalid along with their newborn Siti Aafiyah were featured in Putrajaya Holdings’ latest Hari Raya commercial.
“Putrajaya offers an environment of international standards surrounded by greenery, which is ideal for families to call it a home or visit for leisure.
“I personally like Putrajaya and enjoy going for leisure activities such as cycling,” said Siti Nurhaliza, adding that the commercial was also the first involving her whole family.
She said it garnered good response among her family and friends who wanted to know more about the company’s development projects.
In keeping with the festive spirit, the developer also brought back its buy-and-win promotion whereby those who purchase any of the properties by Putrajaya Holdings during the festive occasion stand a chance to become a millionaire through Sijil Simpanan Premium.
“As a master-planned city which is also the nation’s federal administrative capital, Putrajaya has just about everything for everybody, whether they seek a thriving urban lifestyle or eco-oasis,” said Putrajaya Holdings marketing and commercial division general manager Sabariah Ramli.
To-date, there are more than 20 signature development projects under Putrajaya Holdings, comprising office buildings, commercial hubs and residential properties.
