PENANG Island City Council (MBPP) made the cut in ensuring enough women representation among its city councillors but the youngest among them felt there should be more.

Nurliyana Mohd Ramzi, 24, is the youngest among the newly sworn-in councillors and while she was happy with the 30% women representation, she felt that the make-up should be almost half to reflect the gender ratio of the population.
