Minister wants incinerator proposal studied further

THE waste-to-energy project in Taman Beringin, Kepong, proposed during the Barisan Nasional government has to be studied further before it can be implemented, said the Housing and Local Government Ministry.

Its minister Zuraida Kamaruddin said the ministry wanted to identify the best method in waste processing and converting it to energy for the local landscape.
