PENANG will implement agricultural development programmes in a bid to increase crop yield for padi farmers.
State Agriculture, Agro-based Industry, Rural Developmentand Health Committee chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said this year,the state allocated RM3.370mil while the Federal Government reserved RM1.38mil for physical development and human capital development.
