NON-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) involved with rehabilitation programmes for the disabled should do more to promote themselves to the public.

Perak Women and Family Development, Character Development, and Community Welfare Committee Chairman Wong May Ing said many people are not aware of rehabilitation centres in their own neighbourhoods and hopes that more efforts will be organised to create awareness.
