MELAKA: Agriculture and agro-based agencies in the state have been directed to submit their financial reports since 2013 following the emergence of elements of graft as well as abuse of power during random checks by Agriculture, Entrepreneur Development and Agro-based Committee chairman Norhizam Hassan Baktee.
Norhizam, in an interview, said he had directed 36 agencies under his portfolio to submit the reports as soon as possible so that Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and the police could be alerted.
